It is our great honor to invite you to the "Stevan Mokranjac" string competition organized by the "Stevan Mokranjac" Art School from Negotin. As our school celebrates 70 years of existence and successful work as a primary music school this year, it will be a special pleasure for us to host young string players and thus magnify our jubilee and make it even more festive. The competition will be held on April 5 and 6, 2024. in the ceremonial hall of the Art school "Stevan Mokranjac", Trg Djordja Stanojevića 11. The deadline for submitting applications is March 29, 2024.

HOW TO APPLY?
In order to participate in the Competition, you need to fill out Google questionnaires depending on whether the candidates are soloists or chamber ensembles: -> Application for soloists for the string competition "Stevan Mokranjac" - Negotin 2024. -> Application for chamber ensembles for the string competition "Stevan Mokranjac" - Negotin 2024. All questionnaire fields are mandatory. The following scanned (photographed) documents should be attached to certain fields: - pictures of the corresponding pages of the student ID card or index* NOTE*: There may be more pictures/photos of document pages; since participants need to prove the identity of the student, his/her age and the class/year he/she attends, only those pages should be taken and attached through the Google form THE DONATION FOR THE PARTICIPATION: ENTRY FEE FOR FOREIGN NATIONALS should be paid on the day of the competition in the dinar equivalent at the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of R. of Serbia - НБС | Народна банка Србије (nbs.rs) Payment can be made at the post office of Serbia in Negotin (2 minutes walking distance from school - adress: Srbe Jovanovića 1; working hours: 07.00-19.00)

Travel expenses, accommodation, food and other expenses of competitors and their companions are borne by the participants themselves. By registering for the competition, competitors expressly agree to grant the copyright of their musical performances to the Competition Organizer. This agreement encompasses the recording and photography of performances at the Competition and its related activities, as well as the use and publication of audio/video/audio-video materials on CD, DVD, and on the Internet. COMPETITION BOOKLET
The booklet will be edited and posted after the end of the deadline for the application of participants, when the performance schedules of all candidates are made.
